Electric Embalming Machine
You read it right... This is perhaps one of our most fascinating and asked about objects in the collection.
This machine, which you probably walked past and thought was some kind of sterilization device, a wash station, or some type of whatchamacallit, is really one of the first electric embalming machines. A Champion Flowmeter to be exact. It was used between the 1920's and 1940's and has a flow meter, pressure gauge, vacuum and air gauge. There are so many switches that we're not sure we need to know exactly what they all do.
